into the final questionnaire. A copy of the final questionnaires
will be provided to OMB as soon as they are available.. 2. Before
mailing the survey, ITA will verify that the sample is adequate for
providing data by product that will be representative of the
universe. If the existing sample does not provide extremely high
coverage for each product, ITA will supplement the sample with
additional companies and report to us the coverage for each
product. This will ensure that data collected from the sample will
adequately represent universe. 3. ITA will collect data for the
years 1978, 1979, 1980, 198l, and 1982 rather than those requested
in the submission. 4. ITA will be cautious of the use of data where
item nonresponse could be a problem, such as - average annual
inventories and plant capacity by product, and shipments by end use
category.
