RULE 15B6-1(A), FIRST ADOPTED ON APRIL
1, 1966, PROVIDES THAT A NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM REGISTRATION AS
A BROKER-DEALER IS TO BE FILED ON FORM BDW. FORM BDW, FIRST ADOPTED
ON APRIL 1, 1966, IS NEEDED BY THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE WHETHER
IT IS IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST TO PERMIT A BROKER-DEALER TO WITHDRAW
HIS REGISTRATION AND TO PROVIDE CERTAIN INFORMATION TO THE
PUBLIC.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
