26 U.S.C. 1402(G) STATES INDIVIDUALS
MAY FILE FOR EXEMPTION FROM SELF-EMPLOYMENT TAX IF THEY ARE MEMBERS
OF A RECOGNIZED RELIGIOUS SECT THAT DOES NOT ACCEPT BENEFITS FROM
ANY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC INSURANCE. LETTER 441C IS USED TO CLARIFY
TAXPAYER'S ACCOUNTS, WHICH HAVE SIMILAR NAMES WHO HAVE FILED FOR
THIS EXEMPTION.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
