Abstract: MIGRATORY BIRD SCIENTIFIC COLLECTION AND DEPREDATION PERMITTEES ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT THEIR TAKING ACTIVITIES ON A FORM 3-430A ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 10 OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSAR TO INSURE COMPLIANCE WITH PERMIT CONDITIONS, AND TO IDENTIFY AND DOCUMENT INACTIVE PERMITTEES NO LONGER NEEDING A PERMIT.
