THE CAB IS EXTENDING ITS RULES
REGARDING NOTICE OF TERMS OF CONTRACT OF CARRIAGE TO ALL SCHEDULED
AIRLINES REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE OF AIRCRAFT USED, OR WHETHER THEY
INTERLINE WITH OTHER CARRIERS. THESE RULES CLARIFY THE LAW
APPLICABLE TO NOTICE OF AIRLINE PASSENGER CONTRACT TERMS AFTER THE
EXPIRATION OF DOMESTIC TARIFFS ON JANUARY 1, 1983.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
