Terms of Clearance: This report is approved in accordance with S 3507(g) of PL 96-511 based on the attached certification from Undersecretary for Economic Affairs, Department of Commerce that the information to be collected i relevent, not available thru other Commerce information collections, and is needed immediately. Commerce has requested OMB to review the collection in accordance with the normal review procedures established by P.L. 96-5ll. To facilitate that review, Commerce should provide OMB with copies of the actual information collection instruments used, copies of the information collected and copies of any analyses prepared from the information collected. Under provisions of Section 3507(g), approval will expire on May 16, 1983.
