Abstract: THIS FORM WILL BE REQUIRED AS A QUARTERLY AND FINAL FINANCIAL REPORT F INDIVIDUAL RECIPIENTS OF GRANTS AWARDED BY THE NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE HUMANITIES. IT WILL REPLACE A FORM WHICH HAS BEEN USED BY THE ENDOWMENT FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND WAS DESIGNED PRIMARILY FOR INSTITUTIONAL GRANT RECIPIENTS. SINCE THE ISSUANCE OF OMB CIRCULARS A-102 AND 1-110 WHICH CONTAINED STANDARDIZED REPORTING FORMS FOR ORGANIZATIONS, THE OLD REPORTING FORM HAS BEEN USED SOLELY FOR
