Abstract: THE CIVIL AERONAUTICS BOARD HAS REMOVED SMALL UNCERTIFICATED ALL-CARGO AND MAIL CARRIERS FROM THE DEFINITION OF "COMMUTER AIR CARRIER" IN PART 204 OF THE ECONOMIC REGULATIONS, "DATA TO SUPPORT FITNESS DETERMINATIONS." THIS CHANGE IS ONE OF SEVERAL ACTIONS TAKEN TO REDUCE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER REGULATORY BURDENS ON THESE CARRIERS. POINT.
