THE AGREEMENT IS THE CONTRACT WHICH SPECIFIES THE OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF T PARTIES. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH SUCH FUNDS ARE TO BE DEPOSITED AND USED OR RETURNED.
