Abstract: THIS REPORT IS REQUIRED TO SUPPORT AN APPLICATION FOR A LICENSE TO EXPORT A COMPUTER OR RELATED EQUIPMENT TO CERTAIN COMMUNIST COUNTRIES. THE INFORMATION IS ESSENTIAL FOR EVALUATION BY OEA LICENSING OFFICERS IN CONSIDERING WHETHER TO ISSUE AN EXPORT LICENSE.
