Abstract: THE CARRIER FURNISHED PERFORMANCE REPORT, WHICH IS PROVIDED ON A QUARTERLY BASIS WITH A MONTHLY BREAKDOWN, BY CITY-PAIR, IS A NECESSARY CONTRACT PROVISION. THE REPORT PROVIDES AN ACCURATE TABULATION OF THE NUMBER OF GOVERNMENT TRAVELERS USING THE CONTRACTS, INCLUDING CARRIER REVENUES, FROM WHICH TRANSPORTATION SAVINGS ARE COMPUTED.
