12 CFR 545.15 REQUIRES FEDERAL
ASSOCITATIONS TO SUBMIT TO THE BANK BOARD APPLICATIONS TO CHANGE
THE LOCATION OF AN EXISTING BRANCH OFFICE. THE PURPOSE OF THIS
APPLICATION IS TO DETERMINE IF THE BRANCH CAN BE ESTABLISHED AT THE
NEW LOCATION WITHOUT SUPERVISORY CONCERN AND UNDUE INJURY TO OTHER
LOCAL THRIFT INSTITUTIONS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
