Abstract: SUBMITTED BY OWNERS TO DEMONSTRATE THE NEED TO INCREASE THE MONTHLY RESERVE DEPOSITS. HUD FIELD OFFICE NEEDS TO APPROVE THE INCREASE AND DETERMINE THE RESULTING DEPOSITS ARE NOT TOO HIGH. HIGHER RESERVE DEPOSITS CAN RESULT IN HIGHER RENTS AND SUBSIDY COSTS.
