Abstract: THIS PROGRAM IS AN ANNUAL GRANT COMPETITION DISIGNED TO SOLICIT APPLICATIONS FROM POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS WHICH PROPOSE TO DESIGNATE A SHANGHNESSY SCHOLAR TO IMPROVE EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE THROUGH INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS.
