Abstract: THE DESCRIPTION AND NOTIFICATION FORM (DNF) IS USED TO PROVIDE DATA INPUT INTO THE NPS AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM, WHICH IS USED TO MONITOR PROJECT PROGRESS AND ANALYZE OVERALL TRENDS IN L&WCF FUNDING. FOR CONSOLIDATED GRANT APPLICATIONS THE DNF PROVIDES THE PROJECT SCOPE FOR EACH PROJECT AND BECOMES A PART OF THE OFFICIAL PROJECT AGREEMENT.
