Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (P.L. 93-383, 88 STAT. 633). SUBMITTED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY REQUESTING APPROVAL FOR FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. NEEDED BY HUD TO MAKE A DETERMINATION THAT PRE-BID ESTIMATES ARE NOT EXCESSIVE AND THAT DWELLING CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT COSTS ARE IN LINE WITH LOCALITY COSTS.
