Abstract: THE REGULATIONS IN PART 3130 OF TITLE 43 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS CONTAIN THE PROCEDURES FOR COMPETITIVE OIL AND GAS LEASING WITHIN THE NATIONAL PETROLEUM RESERVE IN ALASKA.
