MarAd has still
not resolved the problem of duplication of this form with those of
Coast Guard clearance number 2115-0052. This temporary clearance is
granted to provide time to eliminate the dupllication. Extension of
this reporting requirement after February 28, 1982 will depend on
settlement of this problem by that date.
