Although the
pesticide program is currently undergoing regulatory review, this
activity is approved to allow EPA to continue with its FIFRA
Section 25(c)(3) requirements. In the event that the program review
requires changes in Child Resistant Packaging Compliance
Requirements, EPA should immediately take steps to revise the
information collection and burden hours accordingly. Predictable
changes in response burden should also be factored into the FY 1983
ICB.
