Abstract: THIS REPORT NOTIFIES THE ICC THAT AN ICC REGULATED MOTOR CARRIER OF PROPERTY OR PASSENGERS HAS CANCELLED THEIR REQUIRED PERSONAL AND PROPERTY LIABILITY OF CARGO LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICIES (49 USC 10927 THE ICC USES THIS INFORMATION TO PUBLICIZE THAT THE REGULATED MOTOR CARRIER IS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO OPERATE.
