Abstract: THESE FORMS WILL BE USED BY PHA'S AS AIDS IN THE ASSESSMENT OF THEIR FINANCIAL, MANAGEMENT AND PHYSICAL PROBLEMS. THE FORMS ARE NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE COMPREHENSIVE IMPROVEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM OF THE HOUSING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1980.
