A WRITTEN RECORD SHALL BE KEPT OF FINDINGS AT EACH INSPECTION RECORDS OF INSPECTION SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF LABOR OR HIS DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.
