THIS REGULATION REQUIRES STATE
CHARTERED CREDIT UNIONS DESIRING A FEDERAL CHARTER TO SUBMIT TO THE
APPROPRIATE NCUA REGIONAL DIRECTOR (1) EVIDENCE OF NOTIFICATION AND
RESPONSE OF STATE AUTHORITIES (2) APPLICATION FOR CONVERSION (3)
APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL INSURANCE, IF NEEDED AND (4) AUTHORIZATION
FOR NCUA BOARD TO EXAMINE. IF THE NCUA BOARD APPROVES, THE FCU MUST
NOTIFY THE NCUA REGIONAL OFFICE IN WRITING THAT STATE REQUIREMENTS
HAVE BEEN MET.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
