Board is expected to submit a revised Section K. With regards to
Section G, if it is tied to the semi-annual data collected in OMB
number 3068-0028, it should be included in that package in the
future. When extending or revising this approval, the Board is to
provide a detailed breakdown of the burden associated with each
schedule. The Board is also to provide a detailed explanation of
what factors were considered in calculating the burden per
respondent. The FHLBB should also submit for background a copy of
the 1976 contract study which was used as a basis for the burden
estimates.
