MAINTAIN CUSTOMER ACCOUNT RECORDS INCLUDING INFORMATION ON CUSTOMER
IDENTITY, TRANSACTION RECOMMENDATION DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY AND
COMPLAINTS. THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO ENSURE THAT THE ENTITIES
EFFECT SECURITIES TRANSACTIONS ONLY ACCORDING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS'
DECISIONS.
