Abstract: TITLE 29 CFR 570.52 DECLARES THE OCCUPATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER HAZARDOUS FOR 16 AND 17 YEAR-OLDS. UPON PETITION OF SEVERAL STATES AN EXEMPTION WAS PROVIDED FOR SCHOOLBUS DRIVERS. THE DATA PROVIDED ANNUALLY ON THIS REPORT BY THE APPLYING STATES ARE USED TO EVALUATE WHETHER AN EXEMPTION IS WARRANTED.
