Abstract: FORMS ARE USED TO COLLECT FEDERAL CIVILIAN EMPLOYMENT, PAYROLL, TURNOVER, AND EMPLOYMENT CEILING DATA. THE DATA IS USED TO PREPARE A MONTHLY REPORT TO THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET AND TO PRODUCE THE MONTHLY RELEASE OF FEDERAL CIVILIAN WORKFORCE STATISTICS.
