DEPARTMENTAL REGULATIONS ON
ADMINISTRATION OF GRANTS REQUIRE THAT A GRANTEE SUBMIT FINANCIAL
STATUS REPORTS (SEE 45 CFR 74.73). THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY
ORR TO REPORT TO CONGRESS ON STATE ACTIVITIES AND EXPENDITURES AS
WELL AS TO MAKE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE STATE GRANT FOR THE
SUCCEEDING QUARTER.
