Abstract: THIS IS THE THIRD AND FINAL FOLLOW-UP SURVEY OF A YOUTH SAMPLE ASSEMBLED IN 1978 TO TEST THE IMPACTS OF THE YOUTH INCENTIVE ENTITLEME PILOT PROJECT ON ELIGIBLE YOUTH PARTICIPANTS. KEY IMPACT FINDINGS ARE EXPECTED IN EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT IMPROVEMENTS AND ARE CRUCIAL TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH PROGRAM PLANNING AND POLICY DEVELOPMENT.
