Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE TRAINING NEEDS OF STATE AND LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL. IT ALSO WILL ANALYZE THE PRESENT FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY'S TRAINING PROGRAMS ADEQUACY IN MEETING THE NEEDS OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL.
