Abstract: STUDY WILL ASSESS THE APPROPRIATENESS OF VOA ENGLISH-TEACHING (ET) BROADCASTS TO THE PRC IN THE CONTEXT OF CHINA'S MODERNIZING EDUCATIONA SYSTEM.
