Abstract: 10 CFR 20 HAS BEEN AMENDED TO INCLUDE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH EPA REGULATIONS 4 CFR 190 REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION STANDARDS. NRC LICENSEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A REPORT TO NRC WHEN EPA STANDARDS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED.
