UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE RAILROAD
UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT, THE BOARD PROVIDES JOB PLACEMENT
ASSISTANCE FOR UNEMPLOYED RAILROAD EMPLOYEES THROUGH ARRANGEMENT
WITH STATE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICES. THE REFERRAL CARD AND REPORT
PROVIDE THE MEANS FOR REFERRING THE EMPLOYEE TO A STATE
UNEMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICE AND FOR OBTAINING INFORMATION ON THE
RESULT OF THE REFERRAL.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
