Abstract: THIS FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE FILED BY AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS ADVISING THE COMMISSION OF THEIR INTENT TO TRANSPORT GOODS OTHER THAN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS. SUCH TRANSPORTATION MUST BE INCIDENTAL TO THE PRIMARY AGRICULTURAL TRANSPORTATION AND NOT EXCEED 15% OF THE COOPERATIVE'S TOTAL INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES IN ANY FISCAL YEAR.
