PUBLIC INSPECTION. THE ORDER SPECIFIES THE FORM AND MANNER IN WHICH
THESE TARIFFS ARE TO TB FILED. THE COMMISSION, THE PUBLIC AND OTHER
GOVERNMENT AGENCIES USE THE TARIFFS TO DETERMINE THE LEGALITY OF
THE FILED MATERIAL AND ANY ARRANGEMENTS UNDERLYING THE
TARIFF.
