RECORDS, RATES, CHARGES OR CORRESPONDENCE USED IN PREPARING REPORTS
FILED WITH THE COMMISSION MUST BE MAINTAINED FOR AUDIT PURPOSES.
THE COMMISSION USES THE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THE SOUNDNESS OF
ECONOMIC JUSTIFICATIONS FOR PROPOSED RATE CHANGES. (RELATED FORMS -
