Abstract: EACH CONFERENCE AND OTHER BODY WITH RATEMAKING AUTHORITY UNDER AN APPROVED AGREEMENT FILED WITH THE COMMISSION MUST FILE REPORTS DETAILING SHIPPERS REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS RECEIVED DURING THE PRECEDING CELENDAR YEAR AND THE DISPOSITION OF SUCH. RESIDENT REPRESENTATIVES DOMICILED OUTSIDE THE U.S., MUST KEEP A COMPLETE RECORD OF COMPLAINTS AND REQUESTS. THE COMMISSION USES THE REPORTS TO DETERMINE COMFERENCES ADEQUACY IN HANDLING THEM.
