Abstract: THE ORDER REQUIRES EVERY PERSON PERFORMING MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH COMMON CARRIERS BY WATER TO FILE TARIFFS WITH THE COMMISSION. THE COMMISSION USES THE INFORMATION TO FULFULL ITS REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITY AND TO SERVE AS A CENTRAL DATA SOURCE FOR ALL TERMINAL TARIFFS FIELD.
