Abstract: THE STATE STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TRAINING PROGRAM IS AUTHORIZED BY SEC. 493C OF TITLE IV, PART F, HIGHER EDUCATION ACT OF 1965, AS AMENDED BY P.L. 94-482, 90 STAT. 2149-2151 (20 U.S.C. 1088B-3). THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO MAKE INCENTIVE GRANTS AVAILABLE TO THE STATES TO BE ADMINISTERED IN CONSULTATION WITH STATE-WIDE FINANCIAL AID ADMINISTRATORS IN ALL ASPECTS OF STUDENT FINANCIAL AID.
