Abstract: THE MIGRANT EDUCATION PROGRAM IS A STATE ADMINISTERED PROGRAM DESIGNED TO SUPPLEMENT EXISTING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM COMPENSATE FOR THE FREQUENTLY INTERRUPTED AND THEREFORE, INEFFECTIVE SCHOOLING MIGRATORY CHILDREN RECEIVE AS THEY AND THEIR PARENTS MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY IN SEARCH OF EMPLOYMENT IN AGRICULTURAL OR FISHING RELATED ACTIVITIES.
