Abstract: IRC SECTION 6034 REQUIRES A DIFUCIARY TO FILE AN ANNUAL INFORMATION RETURN FOR EVERY TRUST DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4947(A) OR CLAIMING A DEDUCTION UNDER SECTION 642(C). THIS FORM IS USED BY THE FIDUCIARY TO REPORT THE INFORMATION REQUIRED. THE DATA IS USED HELP VERIFY THAT THE ITEMS REPORTED ON THE FORM ARE CORRECT AND FOR THE PUBLIC INSPECTION AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 6104(B).
