DESCRIBES THE PERSON IN PUERTO RICO WHERE SHIPMENTS ARE TO BE MADE, THE U.S. PERSON RECEIVING THE SPIRITS, AMOUNT OF SPIRITS TO BE SPIRITS TO BE SHIPPED AND THE BOND OF THE U.S. PERSON TO COVER TAXES ON SUCH SPIRITS.
