Abstract: UNTAXPAID BEER MAY BE REMOVED FROM A BREWERY FOR EXPORTATION W/O PAYMENT OF THE EXCISE TAXES NORMALLY DUE. IN OREDER TO ACCOMPLISH THIS AND FOR ATF TO CONTROL SUCH TRANSACTION, BREWERS COMPLETE THIS FORM. THIS CONTROLS EXPORTS BY VESSELS, AIRCRAFT, ETC. IT PROVIDES FOR CUSTOMS CERTIFICATION OF EXPORTS OF BEER. IT ENSURERS THAT UNTAXPAID BEER DOES NOT REACH DOMESTIC MARKETS.
