APPLICANTS EXCEED THE QUOTA FOR SOME PROGRAMS, SELECTION BECOMES A
DIFFICULT PROBLEM AND AMONG THE CRITERIA USED IN THIS SELECTION
PROCESS IS THE SCHOLASTIC STANDING OF THE APPLICANT.
