This reporting
requirement is approved for only one year to facilitate concurrent
review of the four reporting requirements which administer the FHWA
Research Fellowship/Scholarship Program. Therefore, before August
30, 1982, the following four reporting requirements should be
reviewed and individually submitted to OMB for approval as a
package. 1. Fellowship/Scholarship Application (OMB No. 2125-0024)
2. Reference Report on Candidate (OMB No. 2125-0066) 3. Educational
Grant Program Candidate Agreement (OMB No. 2125-0069) 4. Program
Evaluation Report (OMB No. 2125-XXXX) This concurrent review will
not only address need and reporting burden but will also review how
those who provide this information evaluate the reporting
requirements. Therefore, FHWA should consult with both those
persons who use the information, i.e., the selection panel, but
also those who provide the information, i.e., primarily the
candidate.
