Abstract: *THE RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS IMPOSED BY THE CURRENT RULES & REGULATIONS PUBLISHED IN TITLE 41 CFR CHAPTER 60 ARE NEEDED TO ASSESS THE COMPLIANCE OF FEDERAL CONTRACTORS WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER 11246 AS AMENDED, SECTION 503 OF THE REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973 AND SECTION 402 OF THE VIETNAM ERA VETERANS READJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE ACT OF 1974.
