Abstract: THIS ANNUAL FORM COLLECTS INFORMATION ON BITUMINOUS COAL AND LIGNITE PRODUCTION, MINE OPERATION PRODUCTIVITY, AND STOCKS. THE DATA COLLECT WILL BE USED IN THE COMPILATION OF AGGREGATED STATISTICAL REPORTS WHIC PROVIDE NEEDED INFORMATION TO THE INTERESTED PUBLIC AND WHICH WILL ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY IN MONITORING THE COAL INDUSTRY, PERFORMING COAL RELATED ANALYSES AND DEVELOPING ENERGY POLICY.
