AGRICULTURE ACT OF 1977 IMPOSES AN ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS ON
OPERATIONAL EXPOSES OF ADVISORY COMMITTEES, WHICH INCLUDES EXPENSES
FOR MEMBERS INCURRED FOR ATTENDANCE. (FORM WAS ROUTED IN FALL OF
1979 TO DELETE LINE FOR SALARIES AND CONSULTANT FEES.)
