Abstract: SECTION 334 OF THE I&N ACT PROVIDES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A DECLARATION OF INTENTION BY A CLERK OF COURT TO ANY LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENT OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE. THIS FORM IS USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE APPLICANT IS STATUTORILY ELIGIBLE FOR ISSUANCE OF A DECLARATION OF INTENTION.
