Abstract: THE PROPRIETARY DATA COLLECTED ARE USED BY DOC AND OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES IN THEIR MOBILIZATION PROGRAMS. THE DATA PROVIDE AN ANALYSIS OF THE DEGREE TO WHICH INDUSTRY CAN SUPPORT INDUSTRIAL MOBILIZATION, ON A PLANT-BY-PLANT BASIS, WITH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ESSENTIAL TO MOBILIZATION READINESS, NATIONAL DEFENSE, OR POSTATTACK SURVIVAL AND RECOVERY.
